Booking & Reservations

Browse our properties, select your desired dates and number of guests, and click “Instant Booking.” You’ll be guided through a simple checkout process where you can review your booking details and complete payment.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, Western Union, and Revolut. Full details are available on our Payment Methods page.

A deposit is required immediately upon booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due in full upon check-in or as specified in your booking terms.

The deposit is non-refundable as per our cancellation policy. However, the remaining balance may be refundable depending on when you cancel. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.

You’ll receive an instant email confirmation once your booking is complete. This email includes your booking details, invoice, and important information about your stay.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your dates or guest numbers. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, though availability and fees may apply.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is after 3:00 PM. If you need an earlier check-in, please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request.

Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions via email. Instructions include key collection details, property access codes (if applicable), and directions.

Late arrivals are possible at most properties. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so we can arrange appropriate key collection or access instructions.

Please bring a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) for all guests. International guests should bring their passport.

Yes, we can arrange airport pick-up and drop-off services upon request. Minimum stay requirements vary by property and season. Most properties require a minimum 2-5 night stay, especially during peak summer months. Check individual property listings for specific requirements.

Local Information

Halkidiki is in Northern Greece, about 55km southeast of Thessaloniki. It consists of three peninsulas (Kassandra, Sithonia, and Mount Athos) known for beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters, and traditional villages.

The nearest airport is Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG), approximately 1 hour drive from Halkidiki. You can rent a car, take a taxi, or arrange private transfers. We can help arrange transportation if needed.

While not essential, a car is highly recommended for exploring Halkidiki’s beaches, villages, and attractions. Public transportation is limited. We can help arrange car rentals.

Halkidiki boasts some of Greece’s most beautiful beaches. Popular beaches include Sani Beach, Kallithea, Possidi, Kavourotripes, and Vourvourou. Your property host can recommend the best beaches near your accommodation.
