Available Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards for instant and secure payments:

  • Maestro

Card payments are processed through our secure payment gateway with SSL encryption, ensuring your financial information is fully protected. This is the fastest way to confirm your booking instantly.

Western Union

For international guests who prefer traditional money transfer services, we accept payments via Western Union. This method is particularly convenient for travelers who want to send payments from locations without online banking access.

How to pay via Western Union:

  1. Visit your nearest Western Union location or use their online service
  2. Send payment to the details provided in your booking confirmation email
  3. Email us the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
  4. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive the funds

Please note: Western Union transfers may take 1-3 business days to process.

Revolut

We accept payments through Revolut, the modern digital banking app that offers fast, secure, and fee-free international transfers. If you’re a Revolut user, this is one of the quickest ways to complete your payment.

How to pay via Revolut:

  1. Open your Revolut app
  2. Use the account details provided in your booking confirmation
  3. Complete the transfer
  4. Send us a screenshot or confirmation of the transaction

Revolut payments are typically instant and ideal for travelers who want to avoid international transfer fees.

Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer

For guests who prefer traditional banking methods, we accept direct bank deposits and wire transfers to our business account.

How to pay via Bank Deposit:

  1. Use the bank account details provided in your booking confirmation email
  2. Make a deposit at any bank branch or via online banking
  3. Send us proof of payment (receipt or transaction confirmation)
  4. Your booking will be confirmed once the funds are received

Please note: Bank transfers may take 2-5 business days depending on your location and bank. International wire transfers may incur fees from your bank.

Payment Schedule

Deposit Payment

When you make a reservation, a deposit fee is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking confirmation and invoice. This deposit is non-refundable as per our cancellation policy.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due in full upon arrival at the property, unless otherwise agreed in your booking terms. You can pay the remaining amount via cash (EUR) or any of the above payment methods.

Currency

All prices on Halkidiki Rentals are listed in Euros (EUR). If you’re paying in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at their current exchange rate. Please check with your payment provider regarding any potential currency conversion fees.

Payment Confirmation

After completing your payment, you will receive:

  1. Instant Email Confirmation – Confirming receipt of your payment
  2. Updated Invoice – Showing the payment received and any remaining balance
  3. Booking Confirmation – Complete details of your reservation including check-in instructions (sent 48 hours before arrival)
